1. Gulab jamun are totally missing from order for which zomato is responding we have too much of credits that it will not be refunded. I want to understand WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS MISS? VENDOR OR DELIVERY BOY AND WHO IS LIABLE FOR PAY AS CLIENTS SHOULD DEFINITELY NOT.
2. Cutlery is totally missing. We are ordering for an organization and it seems disgusting to eat such food with hands. Basic cutlery should be etiquettes for any delivery boy/vendor
3. Honey chilly potato seems like it does not have even a single drop of honey. It is just a mixture of potato and tomato ketchup. Are we serving this kind of quality of food? If this is the case, one should set customer expectations by providing ingredients details instead of fooling them
CONCERN: This is a blocker priority issue as we have been actually paid huge amount for such poor quality of food or is it like if we are using coupons then zomato has standards of lowering food quality
