My recent visit to "Shaghouse" was, unfortunately, a significant letdown on nearly every front. From the moment of arrival, it was clear that customer care is not a priority here; responses were non-existent or unhelpful, leaving a strong impression of disinterest from the staff. The most concerning aspect was the absolute lack of hygiene. The environment felt unclean, raising serious doubts about the cleanliness of the kitchen and food preparation. This alone is enough to deter anyone from dining here. As for the food, it was, below average. I ordered the Mutton Biryani with high hopes, but these were quickly dashed. The rice lacked flavor and was excessively dry, making for a very unappetizing experience. The mutton itself was a major disappointment, consisting primarily of bones rather than meat. When questioned about this, the staff's unhelpful response of "this is what they serve" only compounded the frustration. not a place to go if you're looking for good food, and certainly not for a decent biryani. Had a dinner last night. Its very nice. We had Spl SG Chicken Starter and Spl Mutton Biryani. Starter was juicy and tasty. Quantity is also good. Special Mutton Biryani is very good and sufficient for 2 members(after starter only). Then we had Irani Chai in Shah Ghouse Restaurant only. Its good. Totally very suggested to Visit. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
