The last 2-3 times, the same thing has happened. After paying the bill, the items are not fully delivered. When I check at home, some items are always missing. When I call to inform, they don't send the remaining items. Then, they ask me to request a refund. What's the point of getting a refund when I've already taken the trouble to order the items? The service is very bad. Multiple times same issue facing Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400

Bought dhokla from Shah Bakery ( uttam nagar east) and found something like rat poop particles inside! Bakery refused to acknowledge the issue. This is a serious health hazard! Food: 1
