Shagun ki sweets fresh or bahut hi tasty hoti h me to sabko yahi kahungi ki mithai le to sirf or sirf shagun sweets se because East or west shagun is the best

Aaj mera experience Shagun Sweets par bahut disappointing raha। Main sirf mithai ke 8 dabbe lene gaya tha, lekin itne chhote order ke liye bhi lagbhag 1 ghanta wait karna pada, jabki shop par sirf 2 customer hi the। Sabse buri baat ye lagi ki staff kaafi time phone par busy tha aur customers par dhyan nahi diya ja raha tha। Reception par complaint ki to unhone responsibility lene ke bajaye bola ki “aap khud salesman ko bolo.” Aise behavior se customer ko respect aur proper service bilkul feel nahi hoti। Ek reputed sweets shop se better management aur customer handling ki expectation hoti hai। Future mein staff ko customer service aur timely delivery par dhyan dena chahiye।
