Popular sweets shop in the area. You may find different sweets ranging from low to high price. It also offers snack items like cakes, pastries, cookies, namkeen, samosa, pyaj kachori, pizza, dhokla etc. Also offers items at discounted price in the evening after 7.30 PM

I am writing to formally escalate an unpleasant experience I had at your Shagun Sweet shop, Durgapuri Chowk on 20-September 2025 Between 8:00 PM to 8:30 PM. During my visit, I was shocked and disappointed by the rude and unprofessional behaviour of your staff member so called Mr. Sandeep who acted as a branch Manager of the location. At the very first instance “he stepped in after keep us waited for 10 minutes & removed the Plug of Fan which was on”. My family member asked him why you did so he abruptly gave the facial nodes which got recorded in the camera installed there. Instead of assisting me politely, the staff member responded in a dismissive and disrespectful manner. This not only made me feel unwelcome but also reflected poorly on the reputation of your establishment. As a customer, I strongly believe that courtesy and respect should be a part of every interaction. Unfortunately, my experience was far from that expectation. We told him to give us a quote/ rates of the boxes. He said “yeh likha toh hain dekh lo”. He even don`t bothered to display us the bhaji boxes. If this is the way you set the parameters of selling the products. They I insist the management has to sit & rethink about the behaviour issues of staff. As a BRAND got created due its CUSTOMERS. We came there to buy 300 Boxes of Bhaji, but due to so called Mr. Sandeep SHAGUN Sweets losses the customer. I kindly request you to: 1. Look into this matter seriously. 2. Ensure appropriate action is taken against such behaviour. 3. Reinforce customer service standards with your team to prevent such incidents in the future. I hope you will treat this complaint with the seriousness it deserves. I would also appreciate a response on the corrective measures being taken. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Really DISAPPOINTED
