Chinese and Indian food is nice here. You can order perfectly cooked butter chicken, salads and biryani. Visitors don't like tea at Shagun Hotel.

This is not hotel but hell. Worst hotel I ever checked in and within hours checked out without any refund. Surprised that Agoda suggested such dirty place. Agoda should refund my money.

I stayed at Shagun Hotel in Vadodara for two days with my family, and I must say the experience was quite disappointing. While the room itself was clean upon arrival, the overall service fell short of expectations. The staff lacked friendliness and attentiveness, which was a significant letdown. We were not provided with basic amenities initially and had to repeatedly request them. Additionally, despite our requests, the room was never cleaned during our stay. We were assured that housekeeping would be done while we were out, but each night we returned to find the room exactly as we left it. On a positive note, the food and view from the hotel were decent. However, given the lackluster service and housekeeping issues, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. Service: 1
