We went here on our arrival night in Ayodhya on our way to the hotel. The dining hall is huge and lots of AC seating space. Lots of vegetarian options. We ordered Dal tadka, malai Kofta and rotis/nan. Dal tadka was a bit runny but taste was good. Roti can be more crispy. Staff is nice and polite. Service is fine.. Neither great nor bad. There were some small mosquitoes roaming on the food table which was a bit of a concern. The place has ample parking and also offers rooms. Overpriced and not worth it! I visited Shabri Rasoi expecting traditional and affordable food, but the prices are almost as high as a three-star hotel. While the ambiance and service are decent, the cost of simple dishes is unreasonably high. There is no thali system available, and individual items are expensive—for example, a single roti costs ₹30! Paying such a premium for basic food items feels unfair, especially in a place meant for devotees and travelers. If you're looking for value for money, there are better options in Ayodhya. Shabri Rasoi - Detailed Review Service & Hospitality Poor service; no staff readily available to attend customers. Lack of attention from waiters or management, leading to a frustrating experience.
