I recently take parcel of biryani and meals from Shaan Arabic Restaurant, and I was quite disappointed with the experience. When I started eating the biryani, I noticed that there were no chicken pieces in it—it was just rice. I contacted the restaurant to inform them about the mistake, expecting some form of resolution.To make my point clear, I even showed them a recorded video of the food with no chicken pieces. However, they told me that I should bring the parcel back to them. By that time, I had already taken a couple of bites, so returning the food didn’t make much sense. I wasn’t looking for a refund or anything like that; I just wanted to share my concern.Unfortunately, their response left me feeling frustrated. Rather than acknowledging their mistake or offering a simple solution, they placed the responsibility back on me. This kind of customer service is disappointing, and it makes me hesitant to order from them again.I hope they improve their service in the future, but based on this experience, I’m not inclined to recommend them.
