I would like to share my awful experience with Sethi Catering, and I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from this business. Mr. Shubham sethi not only failed to provide the catering service as promised but are also refusing to return my hard-earned money. I booked Sethi Catering for my wedding in November 2025 and paid 2 Lakh Rupees upfront in good faith. However, when the day of the event arrived, they did not show up at all. Despite numerous calls and messages, they completely ignored me, leaving me stranded and embarrassed in front of my guests. To make matters worse, even after the event was a disaster and I contacted him multiple times to request a refund, he is now avoiding all communication and not responding to my repeated messages. This company is a total fraud! This person will show all the professionalism first and take your money without delivering any service and don't even have the decency to refund it. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. I hope this serves as a warning to others. If anyone has had a similar experience or knows how to escalate this further, please let me know.
