The unique characteristic of Serrano - The Nature Resort is serving good filet américain and nicely cooked kacamak. Based on the guests' opinions, waiters serve great tea. There is a beautiful view from this place. Google gives it 4.2 so you can choose this spot to have a good time here.

We visited Serrano- the nature resort for 2 nights and had booked a cottage for our stay. The cottage included a double bed and a single sofa cum bed to accommodate a third person. Room and Amenities: The cottage included a wardrobe, television,mini- fridge and a kettle along with 2 glasses. 2 water bottles per day were included too. The bathroom was topped up with soap, shampoo, conditioner, a face towel and 2 bath towels. The television in our room had no tv programs active, so we had to request the management for the activation which was promptly done without any complaints. The room needs an intercom for communication with the restaurant and the room service as there is no phone network coverage at the resort which makes it extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone at the property. We also requested a room change on day 2 because of the noise the large groups were making at the property on the weekend and our request was promptly accepted which we really appreciate. Unlimited breakfast, lunch, high tea and dinner were included in our room package. They also have an evening safari where they take the guests to a nearby spot for the sunset. The resort: The property is very huge and amidst nature and is very peaceful. Their restaurant is just across the street from the property entrance with sufficient seating area for the week days. They also have a place designated for the rain dance, music and jacuzzi. I would suggest moving these entertainment units somewhere far from the rooms as the guests are disturbed by the loud music and people. They also have an area for indoor games like carrom, chess, pool and a small gym which I would suggest should be moved somewhere else as it is very congested. There is also a swing, 3 seating areas and a camping site at the property. Food: All the meals were very tasty and pure vegetarian. The breakfast consisted of poha, misal pav, bread butter, khakra, aloo paratha, paneer paratha, tea and coffee. For lunch, they offered paneer butter masala, bhindi masala, patta gobhi, chapatis, papad, dal fry, rice, salad, gulab jamun and chaas. For dinner, they had pav bhaji both days but they especially prepared kofta curry and an aloo sabji just for us because we had the pav bhaji the previous night as well which was really thoughtful of them. They also had manchow soup, lemon coriander soup, hara bhara kebab and sesame toast. For the high tea, they offered onion bhajji and bhel along with tea and coffee. I would like to suggest not to add dhaniya in onion bhaji as it spoils the original taste. Service: overall the hospitality was very good. The staff was helpful and considerate throughout. The only thing I would like to suggest here is the timelines for all meals. We are called at a specific time for the meal but the tables are not set and we had to wait for 15 mins to more than half an hour for the meals to be served which was really frustrating. Please add a time schedule in the room leaflet along with an intercom for the restaurant to inform the guests that the meals are ready to make it more convenient. Cleanliness: The resort needs a lot of maintenance. All the seating areas were very unclean, the jacuzzi was filled with dirty water and looked as if it had not been cleaned fir days. The tree house was unstable and is imbalanced, also it's wooden steps were broken and are very unsafe for the guests. The rooms could be more clean, the duvet cover had mould on it, also the roof had mould from inside which fell on the mattress as well. The tissue holder was broken too. The rooms need maintenance as well. Staff: The staff was very cooperative and humble. We appreciate taking all our requests into consideration and providing us a comfortable stay. Activities: They also have an activity package at the resort which includes outdoor activities like ropeway, shooting, archery etc which is optional. Overall I would say that the price per night is a bit high for the overall stay. Service: 4

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Serrano - The Nature Resort for a team outing, and it was an experience well worth the trip. We were warmly welcomed by Shetty, who greeted us with refreshing welcome drinks, followed by a delicious buffet spread for breakfast, lunch, and High-Tea. The activities were a lot of fun, with safety being a top priority. The staff was incredibly flexible and accommodated all our last-minute requests. The food was a highlight—delicious, hygienically prepared, and served with care. A big thank you to Dipti for coordinating the entire trip seamlessly. Your planning was excellent, and the team ensured we were well taken care of throughout. And a special mention: don’t miss the Jungle Safari to the mountain top! The panoramic 360-degree views from there are absolutely breathtaking and left us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Service: 5
