It was a very good experience,I came to chirapunji through an agency and they booked the serene resort, Initially I was not fully satisfied with the photos of the hotel that they sent through watsapp,but still I gave nod to book it half heartedly,but once i reached there I was fully satisfied with amenities and room ,and thanked the agency for booking it Service: 5
