I have stayed with family during new year for 3 days and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Pros: - staff behaviour. - even though there are limited options available, food was delicious and served on time. - Resort is within coffee estate. - Mini Fridge is available to store drinks in common area. - Pool is available. - Bon fire is available. Cons: - Kitchen will be closed by 10PM and post 8PM staff will not accept orders on non-veg items. - we had faced issue with hot water. After sometime staff proved us an alternate room where geyser is working. - No activities except Table tennis board, which isn’t properly maintained Overall we had a decent experience, staff are supportive and hospitable. Chef is fantastic, served delicious food us for 3 days. Service: 5
