Sequel Bistro & Juice Bar, which has been founded by Vanika Choudhary, devised a first ever gluten-free concept in Mumbai. The philosophy behind Sequel is to keep up with seasonal crops and veggies, so the menu by default keeps changing. Most of their produce and vegetables are sourced locally from a farm in Pune, and keeps up the authenticity of their menu. The ambiance of this place is very spacious compared to the outlet they have in Bandra, with wood-polished chairs and tables completing the overall look of this place. Coming to the food, the menu here is rich with its breakfast and lunch section that includes a few standalone dishes, however, some of their most recommended foods are avocado toast, Acai or Buddha bowl, the big heist etc. You don’t need any recommendation as their menu is designed very well explaining every food items. All the food are good in quantity and their appearance is enough to justify that it is healthy. Overall if you are a fitness lover, diet conscious or want to enjoy healthy eating then this should be your preferred place of visit. .
