I had high expectations from this place. I have eaten at alot of places and still respect a good bibimbap. This place is a silly ripoff of the Korean cuisine. My orders were chicken bulgogi roll, spicy mayo roll and chicken sausage corndog. It was a take away, i waited for 20 mins for the orders to be prepared and paid 1.3k , I know its a bit too much. I expected a place like this to understand that Korean rice is different than basmati. That also mushy basmati that was doused in idk which oil. The chicken bulgogi has a authentic gochugaru and spicy sweet favour and it melts in your mouth. Those 5 pieces were chicken pepper. The only saving grace is the corndog. It was genuinely delicious. Rest everything was a ripoff. Heavily disappointed because i was searching for a good korean place near my place. Visited Seoul Bunsik restaurant recently and tried the kimchi chicken fried rice and chicken rabboki. The kimchi chicken fried rice was satisfying, with a generous portion, rich flavor, and just the right level of spice. The rice was well-cooked and the chicken pieces added a delicious, savory note to every bite. The balance of tangy kimchi with juicy chicken made it a standout dish. The chicken rabboki was another highlight. The rice cakes and ramen were perfectly coated in a spicy and creamy gochujang sauce, resulting in a bold and hearty flavor. The chicken was tender and complemented the chewy texture of the tteok. Both dishes were served hot and fresh, capturing the comfort and umami-rich experience expected from authentic Korean cuisine. The restaurant’s ambiance was inviting, and the staff was attentive throughout the meal. Overall, a great spot for anyone looking to enjoy flavorful Korean dishes in a relaxed setting. Would recommend the kimchi chicken fried rice and rabboki to anyone craving a satisfying, spice-forward meal.
