I went to Seoul Jib last weekend and found it almost empty. The place doesn't feel like a restaurant from the outside but serves Korean dishes which feel very authentic and well prepared. I had kimchi fried rice and rameyeon. They tasted very good. Vegetarian options: Less options for vegetarians but they are good.
