Disappointing Experience at Senthil Softy Zone: As a loyal customer for nearly a decade, i am saddened to report a significant decline in food quality and service at Senthil Softy Zone in Mylapore. My recent visit on November 17, 2024, was a letdown. Food was served cold, chat items had an unpleasant smell, and the staff, particularly the daughter of the founder, displayed arrogant behavior. It's disheartening to see a once beloved eatery prioritize profits over quality and customer satisfaction. I have filed a complaint with the Food Safety and Drug Administration Department and advise fellow customers, especially parents with young children, to avoid this outlet until improvements are made.
