Not good at commitment – what was promised was not delivered. I had ordered a 2 kg cake and clearly requested for it to be made in mango flavor. I even paid in advance a day before. However, when we received and tasted the cake, there was no hint of mango at all – it was just plain cream and bread. Very disappointing experience, especially considering how expensive their items are. Not worth the price. Nice and tasty food, lot of food collection, updated in market demand, excellent location and good atmosphere, Overall sehgal pastry shop is very good. Some of the points on which they should work or improve are first and foremost the price. Looking at the competitors, I feel that the price of sehgal shop is little high due to which sehgal shop remains a little behind even if everything is good with them or it may be behind in the coming time. As per my view They should think about the price. Secondly sometimes I feel its all staff engaged to manage one customer only and leave the other customers. Last time when I visited sehgal pastry shop I had to asked 5 times to its staff to disclose price of the cake then he listened to me.
