It was tasted like tamarind rice, better I would have order tomatoes from roadside tuck shop rather than booking here for 430 rupees . Waste of money

Food and atmosphere were good, no doubt. But beyond food and ambience, there's something more important — equality. Seeragam is not a five-star hotel; it's a South Indian cuisine restaurant. I came here just to have a decent meal and fill my hunger, not to attend a party. So I entered casually dressed. But the way I was treated made it feel like appearance mattered more than the person. It's disappointing to see that people who dress fancy or look “rich” are treated better, while others are ignored or looked down upon. That’s not hospitality — that’s discrimination. I paid my full bill with GST like everyone else. I deserved the same respect. If your restaurant carries a name and decor inspired by South Indian tradition, then treat people with the traditional values too — respect, humility, and equality. Otherwise, it just feels fake and superficial. Very bad experience today, and I hope this feedback reaches the management.
