I had booked Secret Cafe in Patia to surprise my wife for our anniversary, but unfortunately, it turned into a complete disappointment. First off, the entrance and path to the room were dirty, which gave a very unwelcoming first impression. The service was terrible, and the manager, Mr. Basant, was extremely unprofessional. I had specifically arranged for a particular decoration and cake, but when I arrived, I was shocked to see that the decoration was completely different, and the cake was not what I had ordered. When I spoke with Mr. Basant, he just brushed it off saying "everyone books the same thing, what can I do?" This was a major letdown. To make matters worse, they took a love symbol I had arranged for my surprise and used it for another client’s decoration after an hour. When I requested a partial refund due to the unsatisfactory experience, they refused to accommodate, saying they couldn’t do anything about it. It’s frustrating to see such poor service and lack of care for customers' special occasions. I would not recommend Secret Cafe to anyone—save your money and find a place that actually values its customers and takes their celebrations seriously. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The worst experience ever in my life. It was the first time I had visited this place to celebrate my husband's birthday on 5th February 2025 and had a lot of expectations but the caretakers of this property did not meet a bit of it. 1. Decoration was very basic for which I had to pay 1150/-. 2. AC was not working initially and after complaining they did something to make it work but water leakage started soon after that and half of the floor cushion was wet. 3. We had order soup and crispy corn as starter. Crispy corn was not at all crispy and the staff does not know basic manner of serving food. They server the crispy corn as if they are serving it to some alcohol party. We were 4 people and they don't know the basic manner to give 4 plate and 4 spoons while serving. Same thing with soup, they got only 2 bowls even after telling him to get 4 bowls and the plate or bowl was not clean. 3. For main course they took ages to prepare and when we complained they had no words to say. Finally out of frustration we decided to leave in the middle as our mood to celebrate was completely spoiled. Food quality was pathetic, seems to have brought from some low class street dhaba and charged too much for that. Food was toooooo much oily, sour, not fresh and no taste at all. Finally they succeeded to spoil our day. I would never ever recommend anyone to visit this place for any sort of celebration. Pathetic, worst, cheap, low class, unhygienic place ever on this earth. The cafe has a cozy and intimate vibe, perfect for a quiet hangout. The decor is modern with soft lighting that creates a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was polite and friendly Spotless and well-maintained, which adds to the overall comfort of the space.
