Its a small bar & restaurant in Titos lane.
The manager then Lazarus was a wonderful guy. Always kept all guests entertained & informed with all useful tips & places to visit in goa.
If ur in Goa, def visit Seby for their amazing chicken mayo sandwich & " English breakfast" & u will surely fall in love with the food & this place.
& yes, they do have some cool offers on drinks too ;)
Unfortunately Lazarus doesn't work here anymore but the places still serves good food
