Recently had an extremely disappointing experience with one of your cakes. The cake had too much of cream. It was very unnecessary. Additionally, it contained an alarming amount of oil, which made it greasy and unpleasant to eat. I reached out to your customer service to express my concerns, but unfortunately, I received no response. This level of quality is unacceptable, especially considering the money we spend on your products. I strongly urge you to improve the quality of your offerings, as customers expect much better for the price they pay. Meal type: Other
