While having dessert at your restaurant, my wife discovered an insect inside the sweet (sandesh) she was served. The following morning, both of us experienced episodes of vomiting and diarrhea. Considering this occurred at a five-star hotel, such a lapse in hygiene and food safety standards is completely unacceptable.

I booked a slot on April 15, 2025, for a dinner buffet through Zomato, which had a 30% or 25% discount. After eating, the staff bluntly refused my payment using Zomato, which would have given me a discount. They asked for UPI or cash instead. They use Zomato offers to lure customers and then overcharge them. I have been to seasonal tastes 3 or 4 times this experience was my last one, and being an IT employee and person, I would now block any IT gathering and personal meeting at this place for sure.
