Pathetic service at Season 9 Restaurant. I went there for dinner today with my friends and ordered just Punjabi sabji and roti — nothing complicated. Still, we were made to sit and wait for over 30 minutes while online delivery orders were being prioritized and served quickly. It’s clear they don’t care about walk-in or dine-in customers at all. If you can’t respect the people sitting right in front of you, what’s the point of offering dine-in service? Absolutely disappointing and unprofessional experience. "Extremely disappointed with Season 9 Restaurant. This has happened multiple times — I visit personally to order Punjabi Pack Lunch, but they always prioritize Zomato orders.
