I recently visited Season9 for dinner, but I was really disappointed with the hygiene and cleanliness of the place. The area near the washroom was extremely dirty with litter, food waste, and stained floors. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned for hours. This kind of environment is unacceptable for any restaurant, especially when food is being served nearby. I’ve attached photos for reference. Bed quality in Unlimited meal and poor service. I suggest that not try it at all. Waste of money. I regret that I had choose this restaurant. I had Waste my 6650 on this I don't recommend at all. Very slow cooking. Seriously it was very bad experience in my life. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Pathetic service at Season 9 Restaurant. I went there for dinner today with my friends and ordered just Punjabi sabji and roti — nothing complicated. Still, we were made to sit and wait for over 30 minutes while online delivery orders were being prioritized and served quickly. It’s clear they don’t care about walk-in or dine-in customers at all. If you can’t respect the people sitting right in front of you, what’s the point of offering dine-in service? Absolutely disappointing and unprofessional experience.
