Had Brunch at the Sea Lounge during my stay at Taj Mahal Palace. The ambience is elegant with a calm sea-facing setting, making it a great spot for a relaxed meal. Food quality and presentation were excellent, with a variety of options that felt thoughtfully curated. Service was polite, although during peak hours it took a little extra time. I visited Sea Lounge twice and really enjoyed the experience. It’s an amazing place with a relaxing atmosphere and very friendly staff. I tried the matcha, which wasn’t quite what I expected, but everything else made up for it. It’s definitely a great spot to enjoy coffee and a snack—highly recommended! The place did almost live up to expectations. The food was awesome - the salmon, lamb crab cakes were spot on, as was the Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee. While Jaison John was incredible, the service overall could do a bit better with co-ordination. And the view of Gateway and the sea makes up for everything. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
