Food delivery is a big plus of Sea Lord. Do not go away without degusting nicely cooked fried prawns, biryani and tandoori chicken tikka. We recently visited Sea Lord with high expectations, but the experience was truly disappointing. We ordered Chicken Biryani, which was priced at a steep ₹425, only to find that the chicken was plainly boiled and completely lacked marination. Instead of the flavorful, aromatic biryani we expected, we were served rice with bland, unseasoned chicken, which ruined the entire dish. When we politely informed the staff about the issue, they outright refused to acknowledge the problem, insisting that the chicken was fresh and well-marinated which it clearly wasn’t. Their lack of accountability and unwillingness to accept feedback made the experience even worse. For the price they charge, the quality should be much better. Overpriced food with no taste and poor customer service definitely not worth it! Would not recommend unless they improve their standards. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 1
