By far the best food we had in our trip, and we tried a lot of places! And I grew up on an island. The freshly baked fish was my favourite! And I ate 4 times here, banana leaf curry my second favourite. Simple food made right. The staff is also great and they speak perfect English. Not the cheapest place but insane value for money, specially with this amazing view. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Recommendation for vegetarians: Highly recommend

Great food, excellent and charming service. Nothing beats sitting under the stars. Highly recommend grilled jumbo prawns with pineapple sauce! And probably beste mango less in Kerala! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400

Lovely little place on the beach, with a front row seat for the sunset. Mango prawns were delicious, as were the lemonades I had (top marks for the hibiscus). The young lady working there was lovely. Google maps driving directions takes you down a road that isn't there. You should take Mararikumal beach road just north of it to the parking at the beach. Then walk a hundred or so meters south down the beach and you'll find it. It's absolutely worth it for this hidden gem.
