Respected Ma’am, We’d like to clarify the billing for your event. We have charged for 55 guests only, with additional costs for the band & a la carte drinks. Unfortunately, you weren’t present during the billing process & the member who settled the bill seemed confused. We made efforts to exceed your expectations: the band played an extra hour, food was served untill 12:30 AM & we provided DJ songs beyond your package. Our team aimed to deliver exceptional hospitality, but it seems our efforts were misunderstood. Regarding guest data collection, our security team initially took data but stopped upon the host’s request. We’d appreciate it if you could discuss the billing with the family member who was present at that time. We’re committed to resolving this amicably & value our relationship with you. Regards
