The high ratings of this restaurant would be impossible without the patient staff. The atmosphere is cool, as visitors see it. But Scotch and Soda hasn't earned a high rating from Google users.

Scotch and soda is the perfect example of utter failure of hotel service. Their staff is neither trained nor have basic knowledge of hoteling. Although food is good it is served after long wait and such long waiting time would really disrupt your mood. If you are planning to visit scotch and soda for fine dine experience and ambience, i would recommend you not to even think about it. Its waste of your money and time. UTTER DISAPPOINTMENT. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This place is nightmare. They are very unprofessional. Services are worst. Management is reluctant to cater their customers. They are charging hefty amount of money for mediocre services. Noone in right mind should choose this hotel. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
