Scoops has been one of the go to places for me whenever I need to satiate my cravings for icecream and man do I tell ya, the staff never disappoints. The front runner of Scoops Ice Cream at Siddiamber Bazar is Venkat. A relatively chilled and laid back guy mostly engaged in punching the bills. His staff member Abhi is the one who creates true magic with the ice cream scooper. Guy blends in 3 different icecream flavours into one and gets me the best of all 3 in one cone. Dare I say, no other Ice cream parlour in the city has done this considering the price of the flavours is different. But for Venkat, customer service is his priority and so long the customer is happy, he is happy too. I've been a very regular customer of Scoops going back to its origins. This is not a typical Creamstone, Dr. Ice cream or Huber & Holly for you where you can experience new flavours and get gourmet servings. This is for quick bites and takeaways where 60-70% of their customer base is takeaway since they don't have enough seating area. The next time you visit Scoops, do let Venkat know that Harish sent you and ask him to prepare an Ice cream cone with 3 different flavours or just show him the pictures that I'm posting and he'd be glad to oblige.
