On the website you have shown that the store opens at 12 afternoon , but during the visit today at 1.30, the store handler clearly told us that store has just opened. Was not at all intrested in taking up the clients and bluntly asked us to leave and come later as he is busy in other works. What kind of business management is scoops and cones taking up can not understand. Worst in my opinion. One star given as there is no option less than that.

We have visited shop at 11.30am from delhi for aam fest, but the shop closed. Our dreams to taste aam ice cream is now only a dream. Request to please mark your shop status as closed. Also add your shop timings on hoardings you have put for Aam fest. Huge inconvenience caused to us.

Hello sir, Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Our shop timings as mentioned on Google is 11.45am onwards! And as cross-checked the shop was open on time. We wish you could try our Mango-inspired menu for The Aam Fest, but hopefully next time! :)

I have visited there multiple times and everything I'm left in bliss by the rich flavours and creamy texture. If you are craving richly crafted and creamy indulgence then Scoop & Cones is an absolute must try. Most of their flavours were good but I personally prefer Belgium Dark chocolate, Mandarin Orange and Choco Fudge brownie.
