Conveniently located.
Lately, I've started to notice that the quality of food is starting to come down.
Visiting Scintilla made me realize just how rare it is to find a place that is quiet, clean, classy and with great food and attentive staff - all of this without costing an arm. Scintilla seems to be just this kind of a place!
