Wrong order and rude behavior – Sbarro Pizza, Oberoi Mall, Mumbai Visited on 28th July 2025. We ordered a veg combo, but were shockingly served a non-veg pizza. On complaining, the staff was extremely rude and unapologetic. This is not just a service issue—serving non-veg to vegetarians is a serious concern, especially when done carelessly. Totally disappointed. Would not recommend this outlet unless strict action is taken and staff are properly trained.
