Discovered Sayantara Shabudana Vada while exploring Nashik with my siblings – and it was a pleasant surprise! The shabudana vada was crispy and tasty, and their unique shengdana chutney was amazing. This old joint serves tastiest Sabudana Wada (साबुदाणा वडा) alongwith delicious groundnut chutney (शेंगदाणा चटणी). Their Potato Kachori (बटाटा कचोरी) is also quite good and definitely worth trying. Both the Wada and Kachori are prepared using Vanaspati ghee. It's a self-service place, and advance payment is required. Place is open on all 7 days. Due to the heavy crowd, this place should be avoided on fasting days.
