Worst service when you dine out for the dinner!! The food was good but the service by the manager and waiter were cold blooded and the lady manager at the reception of restaurant very impolite behaviour...they just serve people where they expect to get tips in return....we have to wait very very long for food to be Served....They hardly respond or come by courtesy to ask for the food specially starter everytime we waited and called waiter for next food...the plates were lying and they hardly bother to clean up the mess untill you force to clean them.....Even before bill they don't have hot water to wash hand ....Kindly look into it The sayaji group....Because of the staff the high name of a 4 star hotel is getting ruined!!!

I recently visited Jamnagar for official work and chose to stay at Sayaji Hotel. Overall, it was a smooth and productive trip. The city itself is quite welcoming for business travellers — connectivity and local support were good, and commuting for meetings within Jamnagar was hassle-free. The stay at Sayaji added great value to the trip. The hotel is well-maintained, with spacious, clean rooms and all necessary amenities for a comfortable business stay. The staff was courteous and quick to respond to any requests. The in-house dining options were impressive — the food was very tasty and of good quality, with a fresh and satisfying breakfast spread. What I appreciated most was the prompt room service and the peaceful ambience — perfect after a long workday. The hotel’s location is convenient too, with easy access to major industrial areas and city spots. Overall, I would recommend Sayaji Jamnagar to anyone visiting the city for work.
