Tried Sayaji for lunch and really enjoyed it! The ambience and atmosphere are very nice—perfect for a relaxed meal. The food was really good too. Only thing is, there aren’t too many non-veg options, but apart from that, everything was great. Definitely worth a visit! Service: 5

Room Service: Excellent – special mention to Piyush for his prompt and courteous service. Laundry Service: Average – the charges are quite high compared to the quality provided. Food (Lunch & Dinner): Needs improvement – the menu lacks variety, with repeated items like chicken and paneer served in both meals. For a 5-star hotel, guests expect a more diverse and innovative menu, especially in non-vegetarian options like chicken. Introducing more variety would enhance the overall dining experience. I stayed at Sayaji Hotel during a business trip and had a mixed experience. The best part was the food—excellent in quality, variety, and presentation. The rooms were modern and well-equipped, and the overall ambiance was quiet and suitable for relaxation after work. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby places. However, the service left much to be desired. The check-in process was slow and poorly managed, and some front desk staff were unprofessional and not very welcoming. Safety and security also need improvement, as the presence of security staff was minimal, and certain areas were not well-lit. While the hotel has potential, especially in terms of food and comfort, the lack of efficient service and proper security affected my overall experience. Service: 1
