I had a great dining experience at your hotel. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. Every dish was flavorful and satisfying. The service by James was equally impressive; the staff was courteous, prompt, and attentive to every detail. Thank you for such a wonderful culinary experience. I look forward to returning soon! Visited SeaShell Velachery branch on 09/08/2025 and ordered Mushroom Masala (Bill No: AC\11294). The mushroom served had mud and roots still attached (photos attached). This shows it was not cleaned before cooking, which is a serious hygiene issue. I raised the concern privately with photos, but no proper response was given. We pay a high amount expecting clean and safe food from a reputed brand like SeaShell, but this was very disappointing. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves food hygiene standards. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

One of the worst food experiences I’ve had. Ordered chicken fried rice and chicken al-faham from Sea Shell (Velachery) via Swiggy — both dishes had stale, foul-smelling chicken that was clearly unfit for consumption. To top it off, there was a strand of hair in the food, which is disgusting and shows a complete lack of hygiene. Totally unacceptable from a restaurant of this reputation. Never ordering from Sea Shell again — avoid if you care about food safety and basic hygiene. Meal type: Dinner
