I had a very disturbing experience at Savi’s Kitchen. I ordered a Vada Pav for a quick snack, but to my shock and disgust, I found a fried cockroach inside the vada. This is not just unacceptable — it’s a serious hygiene and food safety issue. Finding an insect inside freshly served food clearly shows a lack of cleanliness and proper kitchen standards. It completely ruined my appetite and trust in the place. I strongly urge the management to take hygiene seriously, maintain proper pest control, and ensure strict quality checks before serving food. Customers visit with trust, and such incidents can pose serious health risks. Until proper hygiene standards are ensured, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We are very sorry to hear about your experience. What you described is extremely concerning, and we truly apologize. We clean our kitchen every day in the afternoon and again after dinner service. We also completed pest control 20 days ago and have the certificate for it. After your complaint, we checked our CCTV footage and inspected the kitchen, but we could not find how this happened. However, we take your complaint seriously and are doing another detailed check to make sure this does not happen again. Food safety and hygiene are very important to us.

Please avoid Savi Kitchen. Bad service, unprofessional staff, and tasteless food. Totally not worth the money
