Visited Sauced Up for a burger fix, and it turned out better than expected. The place has that straightforward, casual burger-joint feel — simple setup, wooden tables, brick-wall aesthetic, and a bright neon sign that adds a bit of personality. It isn’t trying too hard, which actually works in its favour. I tried two burgers: • Monster OZ Burger – 7.9/10. This one is fully loaded with beef — really generous double patties, super meaty, and honestly pretty satisfying if you like that dense, chunky beef style. Taste-wise, it’s good but feels like it could hit harder. The sauces could use a little more punch or spice to balance the heaviness. Still, it’s a proper meat-lover’s burger. • Monster Fried Chicken Burger – 7.9/10. Big, crispy chicken fillet, thick and juicy. The crunch is nice and the overall flavour works well. Another heavy, filling burger. Slight tweaks in seasoning could take it from “pretty good” to “damn, that’s great.” We also got sides: • Peri Peri Fries – good crisp, nice seasoning. • Loaded Fries – 8/10, definitely worth it. Properly saucy, well-portioned, and feels like value for money. Overall, Sauced Up is the kind of spot you go to when you want big, messy, satisfying burgers without any fuss. The food is filling, the prices make sense, and the photos say it all — stacked, saucy, and worth the calorie hit.
