Besides Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga, visit Satyug Restaurant Sweet and Dairy in the vicinity. Cooks at this restaurant do their best to provide visitors with good khichdi, masala dosa and chana masala. Come here for perfectly cooked jalebi if you are hungry. Don't miss the opportunity to try great lassi or delicious tea.
A lot of guests have noticed that the staff is efficient here. A number of people suppose that the service is terrific. Reasonable prices are something that should be said about Satyug Restaurant Sweet and Dairy. From the guests' viewpoint, the atmosphere is dull. This place hasn't gained a high rating from Google users.

Extremely disappointing experience. The food quality is terrible, and the service is even worse. Prices are unreasonably high for what you get. The vegetables were drenched in excessive, low-grade oil that made the taste even worse. After eating here, I ended up with stomach pain. You can easily find far better food at a small restaurant offering a ₹100 unlimited thali. Even items like sweets, rabri, and milk are available at much cheaper rates — and with much better quality — in local shops nearby. I specifically ordered Jain Dal Fry without onion, clearly mentioning our dietary restrictions. Out of the three plates, one was served with onions—which was both disappointing and unacceptable. This reflects poor attention to instructions and a lack of quality control in the kitchen. For people with strict dietary guidelines, such mistakes are not just inconvenient, but deeply disrespectful. What made matters worse was the owner’s response. Even after we brought the issue to his attention, he dismissed it lightly, saying these things “sometimes happen" that shows they’re here to make money, regardless of customers’ spiritual values. This attitude was extremely disappointing and made us feel like our beliefs and concerns didn’t matter at all. Overall, I am very unhappy with the experience. Carelessness in food preparation and a dismissive attitude toward customer feedback show a serious lack of professionalism and respect. I sincerely hope the restaurant takes such matters seriously and learns to value its customers' needs and values in the future.
