We have ordered Chicken Manchow soup and Chicken hot soup soup, staters Garlic chicken, chicken Majestic, crispy chicken starters are awesome Manchow soup is yummy and Tandoori biryani and moglai Biryani taste good, the service which is Done by Devi is to good she polite. I had one of the worst dining experiences at New Satyam Multi Cuisine Restaurant, Vizag. The food quality was absolutely third grade – stale, poorly cooked, and lacking any taste or freshness. For a place that claims to be “multi-cuisine,” they couldn’t even get the basics right. Hospitality was extremely poor. The staff were neither attentive nor polite; instead, their behavior was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Customer service is supposed to make you feel welcome, but here it felt like a burden to even ask for water or basic service. Overall, this restaurant fails in every aspect – food, service, and attitude. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place if you care about your time, money, and experience.
