I recently visited Satyabhama Inn for a dine-in experience and had a very mixed experience. The food was genuinely good and met expectations in terms of taste and quality. However, the service was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed poorly trained and inattentive. Despite clearly placing our order, they brought the wrong items not just once, but twice—even after we returned the incorrect dish and explained it again. This created unnecessary frustration and spoiled the overall dining experience. To make things worse, the parcel items were included in the bill but were not even packed. When we pointed it out, the staff repeatedly asked whether we had already eaten them or had actually ordered them for parcel, which was very frustrating and unprofessional. Good food alone is not enough to make up for such poor service. With better staff training and proper attention to orders and billing, this place could improve a lot. As of now, the service really needs serious improvement.

The food quality and taste were disappointing given the price. I especially suggest to avoid the mutton biryani; the meat was tough/rubbery and the flavor did not meet expectations. Honestly, roadside biryani is better than what is served here
