Owned by the folks from South Kitchen, satvik kitchen has thindi and dosE. Idli, vadE, banana kesaribath, and their signature items, which are gojjavalakki and shavige bath. Both are good. Their chutney is fresh, though South kitchen's is better. They also have (on occasions) pheni with badam milk. The badam milk is made with mtr mix, however. Food is good, priced reasonably. Service can be a bit slow. Definitely worth visiting.
