The name given to denote the pure vegetarian nature of this home delivery joint, which specializes in serving a range of sandwiches. They also have a few options for hot & cold beverages to sip alongside and 3 types of burgers so far.Got to try a few of their varieties, of which my favourites were:1. Mumbai Masala Toast2. Cheese Chilli ToastGetting into the details of all the Sandwiches:1.Mumbai Masala ToastPretty much the only one of the lot without cheese; the filling is a simple potato filling along with peas, but extremely flavourful-proper Mumbai street type.2.Aloo ToastAloo filling with a tadka of cumin seeds along with a light filling of cheese. The aloo filling in all 3 toasts were the same, which was definitely quite delicious but ended up making the toasts taste very similar.3.Cheese Chilli ToastAnother incredible dish from Sattvic. The generous amount of cheese was the highlight of the dish. Would have enjoyed it more without the potato filling though.4.Tandoori Paneer GrilledI absolutely love Paneer, and the tandoori paneer flavor is one I couldn’t resist choosing. A 3 layer grilled sandwich which had a liberal qty of paneer, however the paneer was bland with the tandoori sauce lacking the necessary flavor.5.Aloo Tikki BurgerAloo Tikki is synonymous with McDonald’s, with its nostalgic element continues to be a favourite for me. I quite enjoyed this version by Sattvic, though I found the mayo to be on the sweeter side.6.Blueberry Mojito7.Strawberry MilkshakeA cold accompaniment is a must with every meal. They have options of both hot & cold beverages. The milkshake &mojito were quite concentrated for my taste, but I loved the abundance of blueberry pieces in the drink.Overall, I quite enjoyed the dishes from Sattvic. What I loved the most were their toasts, which even after going cold, did not turn soggy. A must try!
