Am visited sattva with my wife...it was a memorable experience for us...the hospitality is too good .. they treated us as much like a VIP..the room was superb with a infinity pool...and the food I got from there was outstanding...premium type food and service...and tha panchakarma body massage was also very refreshing . Totally it was a great days there for us Rooms: Neat and clean...exactly like a super deulex.. Nearby activities: There is a park...and a silent sitting area and much more Food and drinks: Very tasty and the service is also good..they treated us like a premium level Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Luxury, Great view, Romantic, Quiet, Child-friendly, Great value, High-tech

I stayed here in this resort with my family yesterday on 14 th and it was such a worst experience. As we entered the reception, 1) the staff at the counter, Mr Usman - who is so adamant and acts like a buffoon, asked me to pay the whole bill for 1 day stay and check in , in fact I had already paid the advance of rs 2000!!!. 2) the rooms are down the hill and climbing back to the restaurant makes it a heavy task .So if there are family members over 55 years and above , don’t try to book this resort. If any medical emergencies, it’s hard for you to make to your parked car. 3) Parking is outside the main entrance . 4) Rooms are dusty and it’s suffocating because, I think they do not laundry the bed warmers and bathroom is stinking. 5) After the whole package is discussed wherein breakfast, lunch and dinner is included, next you are made to pay for the lunch . 6) Absolutely no entertainment in and around the Resort. 7)Total waste of your time and money. 8)Worst resort in Kerala !!!!!. 9) I don’t even want to give a single star also !!!!.
