I am still in shock. We took our family here, full of excitement for some good South Indian food and Pav Bhaji, and what we received was nothing short of a disgusting stale food. I honestly don't know where to even begin. First, the Pav Bhaji. Calling it "Pav Bhaji" is an insult to the very name. The bhaji was a watery, tasteless, orange-colored mess. No butter, just a bland, vegetable purée that tasted like it was made days ago. And the pav? It was stale and hard. We had to literally tear it apart with our hands. Then came the South Indian disaster. We ordered a Masala Dosa and Uttapam. The dosa was not crispy; it was soggy with oil. The potato filling inside was so bland, I think they just boiled the potatoes and forgot to add anything else. And the sambar... oh god, the sambar. It was like colored water with a couple of boiled vegetables floating in it. The coconut chutney was a sour, watery paste. For us Gujaratis, a good meal is about flavour and freshness, and this was the complete opposite. It felt like punishment. The service was as terrible as the food. The waiters were completely uninterested, looked like they hated their jobs, and we had to call them three times just to get a glass of water. The tables were sticky, and the whole place had a weird smell. We left half the food, paid the bill, and went to another place. Please, I am begging everyone, especially my fellow Gujaratis who appreciate good, flavorful food, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. This is, without a doubt, the worst dining experience I have ever had. A big, fat zero. Avoid it at all costs.
