I recently stayed at Parklane Hotel with my family and had a very disappointing experience. The staff were consistently rude and unhelpful, which set a negative tone for my entire stay. Additionally, there was no hot water available, the hygiene standards were poor, and the room service was practically non-existent. Overall, the lack of basic amenities and courteous service made for a very unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Service: 1
