There’s no zero star hence I gave 1 star rating. Worst experience, unhygienic place, poor quality food. The pulav they served is not at all cooked properly. Guys if you see this review and still you want to try here you’re surely wasting your valuable money in addition to spoiling your health. I don't have option of giving them a negative or zero ratings else I would have chosen it, the outlet in kakinada is worst experience that I ever had with food or service, I took parcel today by ordering mutton biryani but they have given me chicken biryani, I went to them driving all the way from home again as there is no contact number displayed in Google page they changed it but the service is rude (acceptance of mistake is not in a polite manner) and the food they provide isn't that tasty as well. If the outlet in kakinada is also from the same brand owner I think it is overhyped else if given as franchise to others better to take it back as it can ruin your fame and reputation.
