I recently ordered a soya chaap roll from Sassy Begum, Pacific Mall Dwarka. Unfortunately, the quality was extremely disappointing. The chaap was undercooked and lacked any flavor due to the absence of spices and chutney. The order took an excessively long time to prepare, around 25-30 minutes. I hope you can improve your service and food quality.

the gravy was more liquidy than before, from the time I had it before. There were only 5 pieces in the box and when the promised proposition was 6 pieces.
