I first visited this restaurant over a decade ago, and I finally returned last weekend with my extended family. It was interesting to see that the restaurant has not changed at all; the ambience and the general setup remain exactly as I remembered them from years ago. However, I did notice that there were fewer customers this time compared to my first visit. Unfortunately, the food was not quite as I remembered it. I became a huge fan of this place after trying the biryani during my first visit, and while the egg biryani this time was still good, it simply did not compare to that original experience. It lacked that special quality it used to have. Additionally, the Shahi Paneer was rather bland and the sauce was not as thick as it should be. On a positive note, the staff members were very kind and friendly throughout our meal. While many new restaurants with impressive menus have opened across Siliguri, this establishment seems to have stayed the same for decades.
