This dal makhani was an absolute disaster. Watery, bland, and completely lacking the rich, creamy flavor it's supposed to have. Tasted like overcooked lentils in spiced dishwater. I wish I could send an arcepie just to express how truly disappointed I am. Please, fix the recipe — this isn’t dal makhani, it’s dal meh-khani.
