Their products are good but they are doing malpractice by weighing the product including the weight of packing box, which is at minimum around 50-70 grams. They charge the customers including weight of box. Suppose you buy Mutton (approx Rs. 900 per kg), you are paying Rs. 50-60 extra for the box, even if you buy 500 gms.They are making fool of customers and making approx. 2000-4000 Rs extra per day (considering 50-60 orders per day at minimum) by this malpractice, which is violation of govt guidelines. They charge you for every gram and don't even consider to make it round figure (for example if weight including box comes to 1kg 23 gms, they will not make it to 1kg or even 1 kg 20 gms). When you confront the staff, they rudely say that they sell like this only. I was a regular customer of them since 6-7 years but will stop buying from them now. I will soon make a complaint to authorities regarding this malpractice.
